The only good hotel in whole Tlaxcala, the atmosphere there is just amazing
Completamente un lugar que vale la pena. El pueblo pequeño pero hermoso. Y este hotel, mis respetos. El Buffet delicioso, y el bar con su coctelería. Vaya, volvería solo para quedarme ahí otra vez. Excelente atención y Servicio. (Y miren mis demás opiniones, soy exigente... jaja)
Todo está muy bonito, personal amable, la habitación y el hotel en general en buen estado, silencioso en la noche, super limpio todo, el desayuno variado. Lo único malo fue ver la cascada contaminada, ojalá puedan intervenir en esa parte.

No complaints! Very nice hotel. Great views from the restaurant. Right next to the falls and you can walk a bridge and take a zip line for and extra cost between 9-2 I think. The breakfast was very good. I’ll be back for sure!
At the restaurant your have a beautiful view of a cascade. Attention, price and the place is really enjoyable. Daniel Rojas is one of the staff at restaurant and the attention is excellent .
Habitaciones: la calidad de las habitaciones es excelente, muy limpio, con suficientes muebles, varias amenidades, televisión, todo alfombrado (muy importante en lo personal) Servicio: en definitiva lo mejor del hotel es el servicio, todos super amables, atentos, cordiales, si requieres algo hacen todo lo posible por dártelo y que te sientas cómodo, te atienden siempre con una sonrisa y son muy respetuosos. 10/10 Ubicación: la joya de la corona es la cascada que se puede ver desde el balcón del propio hotel,as vistas son increíbles y vale mucho la pena pasar por el puente y la tirolesa. Amenidades: la alberca tiene una temperatura perfecta, la sala de vapor es buena, podría mejorar pero principalmente tiene mucha demanda, lo cual el tiempo en el que puedes estar ahí es reducido Restaurante: el desayuno - buffet es muy bueno, la comida es deliciosa, tienen buena variedad, el servicio de los meseros es excelente, las porciones muy buenas y en general todo muy bien.
